The issue with the conference evaluation and demographic survey has been fixed. If you have tried to complete the survey previously, you will likely need to clear your internet browser’s cache before the updated survey will be displayed. If you are unsure how to do this, complete a Google search for how to clear the cache of your preferred internet browser. We are sorry for the confusion and technical glitch. If you have previously completed the survey, please do so again with the updated questions.
